Price and Payment

Prices are those stated in the booking form and agree to the night shelter, or check in from 12:00 and check-out at 10:00. If the villa is free, The Casanita Ltd will arrange for the customer to keep his house until the time of his departure. Reservations are made for a number of specific persons staying in the villa reserved. It is strictly forbidden to sublet or accepting other clients without the written consent of The Casanita Ltd.. History of residence and responsibility

The customer is obliged to treat with the utmost care and delicacy the villa and its facilities. If damage should occur during his stay, the client will communicate immediately to the owner or our local agent, and pay for the damage or replace belongings. In case the customer decides to leave voluntarily, if he cancels his reservation on the spot or cut short his stay, no refund will be made. Extension of stay

Cancellation and change
In case of cancellation, fees, insurance and banking are not refundable by LA CASANITA Ltd..

Aviation

Formalities
For nationals of the EEC, the formalities are limited to the presentation of a valid passport, valid six months after the date of return. Activities offered by LA CASANITA Ltd.
The visits, excursions, transportation, trips, sports or not proposed by LA CASANITA Ltd. is organized under the sole responsibility of service providers dealing with THE CASANITA Ltd.. THE CASANITA Ltd. will in no case be liable for accidents which occurred during a visit at sea or practice of any of these activities and how it is any compensation physically, morally or financially not know him to be claimed.
